I created a new album concept, art, and track list in a completed vinyl sleeve for Indie rock band The Strokes.
The strokes are edgy in style, create simultaneity of sound in their songs, and play like a well oiled machine. The band is not shy of abstractness and thought-provoking album covers, so I used my own flare to represent the style of the band. I used halftones to give the lobster a comic effect, making it seem like a sort of bizarre character.
I chose this particular name for the album because The Strokes are metaphorical in their lyrics and this seems like an expression they would use.
